Whittington Hall

Whittington Hall is located on the southern outskirts of Worcester close to the historic village of Whittington. The site is within an area of landscaped parkland developed in the late 19th Century around the modest country house of Whittington Hall.

The Hall itself was built in 1902 by Martyn Smith Esq. who occupied Whittington Hall until the late 1950’s when it was brought by Midland Electricity Board as a regional training centre. Whittington Hall is now owned by the Pemberstone Group.

As Whittington Hall is an established office location, it already has good security and an on-site sandwich bar with the facility to cater for specific tenant requirements within their own buildings if required.
